The Nurse Power Network and their presenting partner Grace Health Scrubs hosts their 5th Annual Nurse Power Brunch in New Orleans on July 1, 2023
[New Orleans, Louisiana] – Research shows that career burnout within the healthcare industry, especially within nursing, is at an all time high. According to CNN Health and the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, over 100,000 nurses left the workforce citing burnout and stress as the most pressing issues. Currently, an estimated 2.7 million nurses in the United States report feeling burnt out. With nurses being directly tied to positive health outcomes for patients, it is important now more than ever that nurses have dedicated spaces geared toward combatting burnout and increasing their overall career advancement.
On July 1, 2023, The Nurse Power Network is bringing New Orleans its 5th Annual Nurse Power Brunch geared toward celebrating the dynamic nursing professionals that uphold our healthcare industry.
Created by Meisha Amia, R.N., and Dr. Nicole Thomas, R.N., licensed nursing leaders, community builders, and Co-Founders/CEOS of The Nurse Power Network, the Nurse Power Brunch is a transformative experience designed to teach nurses how to utilize their POWER in nursing to become wealth builders, nursing leaders, and community advocates.
